Throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, all companies have faced endless challenges, and It is in these moments of crisis that organizations are forced to find a way to survive, although the pandemic continues to be an unknown a better future is beginning to be glimpsed.
At MH Company we do not cease operations with the pandemic, on the contrary, we take it as an opportunity for renewal and, supported by our great capacity for learning and discovery, we have devised and carried out projects in order to better serve our customers and allies, thus preserving the work of our employees and collaborators.
One of the first projects implemented, product of the reflections made was the ideation of new ways of how to use tools that did not generate when all operations were stopped. We made available to the public vehicles, materials and personnel for other types of activities other than tourism, such as the transport of people and goods.
Also, as part of the survival efforts, we created Mayan Heritage Clean & Safe
. We wanted our maintenance team to be prepared for the new ways of doing post-pandemic tourism, so all the elements were trained to apply hygiene and sanitation measures certified by national and international organizations along the service routes of our tourism products, and to serve in the same way to everyone who requires it within the region.
MH Company loves tourism. it’s the reason we exist. The strategies implemented to this day have been of the utmost importance to advance to the future, a future that we envision bright and full of adventurous people who will embark on journeys around the world again, and for that we exist, when all of this is over, we will continue to be together to share moments and tourist stories.
