The year 2020, together with the crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic, was a year full of challenges for the tourism industry as they had never been experienced, with it practically paralyzed for more than a year, many businesses have suffered its consequences, and that to stay alive we have had to find new ways to generate income when they did not exist.

At Mayan Heritage we were forced to take actions to preserve the work of our collaborators, among them, we managed to venture into a sector different from tourism, but that in current times is closely linked to it. Tourism will return, but it will not be the same as before, many of the hygiene measures to prevent covid-19 will remain and that is why Mayan Heritage Clean & Safe arises as an opportunity to guarantee that the service we provide as a company is safe.

We wanted our maintenance team to be prepared for the new ways of doing post-pandemic tourism, so all the elements were trained to apply hygiene and sanitation measures certified by national and international organizations along the service routes of our tourist products, and to serve in the same way to everyone who requires it within the region.
